Optimum Processing Inc. was founded in January 2007 to provide novel and innovative disposable solutions to support cutting edge automation of routine cell culture process development procedures in the biopharmaceutical industry. Every cell culture and fermentation lab and many pilot plant and manufacturing areas have routine aseptic liquid handing challenges. A pre-molded, sterile assembly, can offer a benefit in assuring sterility, increasing productivity and reducing costs.

We can design and build custom molded products to meet specific application requirements but generally we utilize existing off-the-shelf disposable laboratory containers and enhance them in unique ways for use in any laboratory, development or manufacturing environment.
